Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
